1. Services Provided
Grow Pro Lawn Care provides professional lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and landscaping services in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Lawn mowing for flat and sloped terrains, including steep slopes (>20°).
Weed control, fertilization, and aeration.
Landscape maintenance and debris removal.
Specialized mowing for residential properties in HOAs such as Emory Valley, Briarcliff Estates, Rarity Oaks, and Woodland.
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and the condition of your property. We reserve the right to refuse service if the terrain or conditions pose safety risks (e.g., excessively wet slopes or hazardous debris).
2. Quote Requests and Scheduling
Quote Requests
: You may request a free quote via our website, phone (865-XXX-XXXX), email ([email protected]), or in-person consultation. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment.
Scheduling
: Appointments are confirmed via email, phone, or text message. We strive to accommodate your preferred time, but scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.
Cancellations
: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at Kft 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 fee, except in cases of inclement weather or emergencies.

4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
: Service prices are provided in your quote and confirmed before work begins. Prices depend on lawn size, slope steepness, service type, and frequency (e.g., one-time, weekly, biweekly).
Payment Terms
: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for recurring services). We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, PayPal).
Late Payments
: Unpaid invoices after 15 days may incur a 5% late fee. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Refunds
: Refunds are issued at our discretion if services are not performed as agreed. No refunds are provided for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Access
: Provide clear access to your property, including gates, driveways, and lawns. Remove obstacles (e.g., toys, hoses) before service.
Property Condition
: Inform us of any hazards (e.g., irrigation systems, loose rocks, or steep slopes) that may affect service or equipment.
HOA Compliance
: Ensure your property complies with your HOA’s landscaping rules (e.g., in Emory Valley or Rarity Oaks), as we are not responsible for fines due to non-compliance.
6. Safety and Liability
Steep Slopes
: For properties with slopes above 20°, we use specialized equipment (e.g., remote-controlled or tracked mowers) to ensure safety. You acknowledge that steep slopes carry inherent risks, and we are not liable for accidents caused by unforeseen terrain issues (e.g., hidden rocks or soil erosion).
Property Damage
: We take care to avoid damage to your property. Minor damage (e.g., tire marks on soft soil) may occur and is not our responsibility unless caused by gross negligence. Report any concerns within 48 hours of service.
Personal Injury
: Grow Pro Lawn Care is not liable for injuries to you, your guests, or pets on your property during service, unless caused by our negligence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Grow Pro Lawn Care or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Privacy
